This site has been built using Cascading Stylesheets. The idea being that this method would give
the freedom of design required without using frames which cause issues with bookmarking pages.
The initial design was takes from the excellent webreference site which has provided a great deal
of insight on HTML and the pitfalls you may come across.
Additional sources of reference have been W3C, whose tools I have used to make sure that the site
conformed to the regulations (even if some of the browsers don't)!
